To support this growth, Insight brought Quai into the studio to capture high-quality media that tells their story and showcases their project. Backed by a strong community, it’s a brand that's positioned to scale.

Phase 1
Pre-Production & Planning
Phase 1 was all about preparation. We secured a professional studio space in Austin and coordinated directly with the videographers to handle logistics like lighting, audio, and scheduling. This ensured the technical side of production was locked in before shoot day.
At the same time, we worked with Quai’s team to outline the core content: developing interview topics for the founders, mapping out the brand story to highlight Kipper’s launch, and creating a shot list that balanced interviews with supporting visuals. The result was a clear plan that gave everyone direction going into production.
Phase 2
Production
Phase 2 was execution. On shoot day, we managed the full production inside the Austin studio, working alongside the videographers to capture high-quality interviews and b-roll. This included directing lighting setups, framing, and sound to ensure consistency across every shot.
We guided Quai’s founders through the interview topics we’d prepped, keeping the conversation natural while hitting key points about the brand and Kipper’s launch. Between interviews, we filmed supporting visuals that added depth and flexibility for edits. By the end of the session, we had a complete set of assets ready for post-production.
